My Lebanese brother Joseph and I were in Balbek and stopped at a quarry to see where stone was cut and moved 1 Km to build Roman temples. Over 1 thousand ton blocks hauled by hand. Romans were amazing but reality was it involved 25 thousand Lebanese (Phoenician) architects, engineers and slaves.
