Potatoes in unlimited variety

11 Nov
There are over 800 varieties of potatoes grown in Peru so it’s no surprise that they are cooked and served in a myriad of combinations for every meal.  We’ve been in sweet-potato withdrawal in Costa Rica where they can’t be found, so Ben and I loved this experience in Tarma.

NO FAIR! Just asked Ben and he actually admitted to eating SWEET POTATOES with his Daddy—hmmmm. Maybe you could bring me a couple of cans from Publix(4-5 cans)if your suitcase is underweight–I'm serious!Love,Cathi
